US election 2024: Former US ambassadors, Abbott defend Rudd over Trump saga

Two former Australian ambassadors to Washington, as well as former prime minister Tony Abbott, have defended Kevin Rudd as the nation’s top man in America, arguing that Australia must continue to support him after a member of Donald Trump’s inner circle appeared to question his viability.
