From crispy pork belly to prawn salad, these Lucky Supper Club dishes will please your crowd
I love a table that becomes a space where individuals feel valued, and where the group as a whole thrives.
I love to cook and share, especially the dishes that bring my creativity, experiences and parts of my heritage to the table. These dishes are inspired by the incredible food scene across Australia, my upbringing in an ethnically diverse suburb of Sydney, and growing up in a mixed-race household. I love a table that becomes a space where individuals feel valued, and where the group as a whole thrives. A place that inspires discussion, where stories unfold, laughter echoes, ideas take shape and relationships deepen. Where you can celebrate traditions, cultures and perspectives, and where we’re reminded to pause and enjoy each other’s company.
