How to make fairy bread dessert lasagne

After an April Fools prank of fairy bread lasagne gained popularity, we transformed the recipe into a reality. Enjoy this new Aussie treat!

Cut madeira cake and arrange pieces over a base.

Step One

In a heatproof bowl, add boiling water to strawberry jelly crystals.

Step Two

Add cream cheese and jelly to a food processor. Transfer to a bowl and refridgerate for 30 minutes.

Step Three

Spoon mixture onto the cake and freeze for 10 minutes.

Step Four

Add boiling water to blue jelly crystals. Add cream cheese and jelly to food processor.

Step Five

Step Six

Spoon mixture onto cake and freeze for 10 minutes.

Add vanilla extract to sweetened condensed milk.

Step Seven

Sprinkle gelatine over boiling water. Add this mixture to the condensed milk mixture. Set aside.

Step Eight

Add sprinkles and pour mixture over the blue jelly layer. Freeze for 20 minutes.

Step Nine

Step Ten

Add boiling water to lemon jelly crystals. Add vanilla custard and pour over the layer, then freeze.

Step Eleven

Add boiling water to raspberry jelly crystals. Set aside to cool and pour over the slice, then chill.

Top with whipped cream and decorate with sprinkles. Enjoy!
