Radio star Andrew Voss shifts to new show as SEN splits up breakfast duo

Sydney’s SEN breakfast duo Andrew Voss and Greg Alexander have announced a shock split in what will have a domino effect for the sports station.

Andrew Voss will launch a new morning radio show in 2026 as part of a program shake-up at SEN radio.

The Sports Entertainment Network (SEN) has confirmed that Voss, Fox League’s leading rugby league commentator, will shift from the taxing timeslot of breakfast radio to a new show airing Monday to Wednesday, plus a Thursday show, Vossy’s Verdict, running from 9am to midday.

The changes include parting ways with current co-host of Breakfast with Vossy and Brandy, Greg Alexander, while Matt White steps away after five years as the host of the 9am to midday slot.

‘Brandy’ Alexander will continue to lead breakfast from Monday to Thursday and will be joined by Jimmy Smith, who shifts to breakfast after hosting his own afternoon show.

“I have loved being with SEN Sydney since day one, and have particularly enjoyed working with the breakfast show team and alongside ‘Brandy’ Alexander,’’ Voss said.

“The hours do, however, take their toll, and after five years I appreciate being given the opportunity to shift to the morning show time slot.

“My plan is to jump out of the barriers from February and play my part in presenting a morning sports show strong in opinion but with a clear aim to have fun and entertain... I am a sports weirdo, you know! Sydney deserves a great sports network, and SEN has the team to deliver it.”

Alexander added: “One of the outstanding sport broadcasters in Australian sport … Andrew and I have worked together on radio and television for 25 years.

“The last four on the SEN Breakfast show have been a privilege for me. Not a harder working, more dedicated person you’d find, and I’m happy he gets another couple of hours of sleep in the morning.”

SEN have also confirmed Morning Glory with Matty Johns will return on Friday mornings throughout the NRL season, after SEN announced the re-signing of Johns in September.

In addition to the changes, SEN have also announced journalist Adam Peacock will host his own show in 2026 — the 12-3pm shift — bringing his extensive experience in football journalism and broadcasting.

Popular afternoon hosts Joel Caine and Bryan Fletcher will continue to host SEN Sydney’s drive slot with The Run Home with Joel & Fletch.

Despite the departure of long-time host Scott Sattler to the Titans to take on the GM of football role, SEN’s night-time show Sportsday will continue to be hosted by Mat Rogers with former Raiders captain Jarrod Croker taking over from Sattler.
