AHHA AHHA (R3 No.8): Ahha Ahha stays at the 1400m after she was scratched from a 1600m race at Flemington last week. The three-year-old filly won at the track and distance by three lengths last time out in a Benchmark 78. She steps back to a handicap race but finished within two lengths of talented Madiyya two starts ago.

ROADCONE (R6 No.5): Roadcone has won his past two impressively with a change of tactics. The four-year-old led and dominated at Pakenham by 4½ lengths before repeating the dose at Sandown to win by 2¼ lengths.

VALUE BET

PARIAH PEARL (R5 No.1): Pariah Pearl was disappointing last start at Caulfield but is worth another chance on her win at Flemington before that. This is a slight drop in grade and she has three wins and three placings from eight attempts at 1600m.
