Women’s Big Bash League Top 30: Where do the world’s best female cricketers rank?

The 10th edition of the WBBL starting this weekend will be littered with international and domestic stars, but not all of them make LACHLAN MCKIRDY’s top 30, such is the depth.

'WOW': Biggest moments from a decade of WBBL

The 10th edition of the Women’s Big Bash is set to feature the most stars the competition has ever seen.

The world’s best players are set to descend on Australia for the newly condensed tournament, with all teams chasing the Adelaide Strikers who are hunting for their third-straight title.

After putting together a top 30 ahead of last year’s tournament, there’s been plenty of change after a massive 12 months of international and domestic cricket.

The list of talent is so strong that international superstars such as Heather Knight, Shabnim Ismail and recent World Cup winner Suzie Bates missed out.

While there was also no room for Aussie internationals such as Heather Graham and Kim Garth.

Here are the top 30 players for this year’s WBBL, taking into consideration both their form over the past year and their previous history in the competition.
