Tim Tszyu and longtime partner Alexandra Constantine tied the knot in an intimate ceremony in Sydney on Sunday afternoon.
After eight years together, the pair officially wed exactly 12 months to the day since Tim popped the question while on a walk at a local park.
Around 120 guests attended the ceremony at a church in Sydney’s east, before celebrations were to continue at the plush Catalina in Rose Bay later in the evening.
Tszyu’s famous father, Kostya, made a low key arrival in Sydney on Saturday to be on hand for the big day.
Kostya was spotted at Tim’s house on the morning of the wedding, dressed to the nines in a baby blue suit.
“I love it,” the former world champion said as he shadowboxed with his fighting sons Tim and younger brother Nikita, who were decked out in black Armani suits.
A fleet of between 50 and 100 luxury cars and high-powered motorbikes drove in convoy from Tim’s house in Caringbah to the ceremony, with the groom riding in style at the head of the bunch.
Included amoung the flash rides were several Lamborghinis, a few Ferraris, plenty of Porsches and an Orange Dodge Charger like the General Lee from Dukes of Hazzard – one of Tszyu’s favourite cars.
Alexandra wore a dress designed by world renowned designer Steve Khalil, and Tim’s sister, Anastasia was her maid of honour.
Meanwhile, one of the boxer’s oldest mates, Shoyo Kawamura was his best man.
Tim shares an incredibly close bond with his grandfather – Kostya’s dad – Boris, who also lives in Sydney. Boris had the best seat in the house for the ceremony, with Kostya sitting next to him, and Nikita next in line.
It’s understood Kostya – who now lives in Russia – had his iPhone out and was taking videos of the special day.
Tszyu spent a relaxed evening the night before the wedding, enjoying a barbecue and board games with close mates.
