A widely circulated sex tape starring an former AFL star is being investigated by Victoria Police.
It is believed the footy player in question has lodged a complaint with police and the video has been making the rounds for a couple of days.
Reports say the ex-AFL player did not consent to being recorded while he was having sex with a young woman.
The video shows the couple in bed but the man hides his face when he realises his partner is filming them in bed.
“Prahran police are investigating after a video was distributed electronically and online. The video was posted without consent,” a police spokesman told the Herald Sun.
“As the investigation is ongoing it would be inappropriate to comment further.”
The video is on social media but newspapers in Melbourne have refused to publish any images from the tape.
The Herald Sun says it was offered the video for a price.
Under Victorian law, a person can get up to two years jail time for publishing sexual images without someone’s consent.
