They have four children: Lindsay, who is in care; William, who is missing; and then two more, one born a year before William went missing; one born after he went missing. William’s mother has suffered a mental health breakdown since William disappeared, and all her children are now being cared for by others.

Bill Spedding
The local washing machine man, visited the house on Benaroon Drive on 9 September, three days before William went missing. William’s foster Mum called him on the morning of the 12th to ask about a missing part for the machine. Police have tested a theory that he returned to the house with that part on the morning of William’s disappearance. He denied all wrong-doing in this YouTube video.
-
Gary Jubelin
The police detective who steered the investigation into the disappearance of William. The former detective chief inspector quit the force in May 2019 after being charged with four criminal offences related to the alleged illegal recording by Mr Jubelin of “persons of interest” in the Tyrrell case.
