At least 15 people are injured with three in critical condition after an explosive device was detonated at a Canadian restaurant.
At least 15 people have been injured with three in critical condition after an explosive device was detonated at a restaurant in Canada today.
The incident took place at Bombay Bhel restaurant in the Canadian city of Mississauga which neighbours Toronto, ambulance service Peel Paramedics said on Twitter.
Police say two men wearing hoodies entered the restaurant, detonated the home made device and fled the scene. They are appealing to the public for information.
Three people are in critical condition and are receving care at the Toronto Trauma Centre.
2 suspects attended the scene, detonated an Improvised Explosive Device within the restaurant. Several injured were taken to local hospital and 3 in critical condition were taken to a Toronto Trauma Centre. pic.twitter.com/yzCT59UVN6
