Former Labor prime minister Julia Gillard has returned to the House of Representatives to hear Scott Morrison’s apology to children who suffered sexual abuse in institutions. Mr Morrison says the government will commit to establishing a national centre of excellence to raise awareness and understanding of the impacts of child sexual abuse. Telstra outage
