Cash withdraws comments

Michaelia Cash has “unreservedly” withdrawn comments in which she threatened to name women in Bill Shorten’s office who were the subject of “rumours”, but has defended her behaviour by branding Labor senator Doug Cameron “a bully”.

Salim Mehajer has been convicted, fined, ordered to attend an anger management course and placed on a good behaviour bond after he pleaded guilty to assaulting a taxi driver.
