More than two weeks after the November 24 state election, the final upper house calculations have been revealed.

‘Senseless’ Melbourne attack

A group of 20 youths beat two men unconscious on the St Kilda foreshore, robbing one as he lay on the ground, in what police have described as a “unprovoked” attack.
