‘Animals’: trolls spark outrage

AFLW star Tayla Harris says she was subjected to ‘sexual abuse on social media’ after Channel 7 posted a picture of her online. The response to the image shows women’s sport has a way to go in Australia, writes Wally Mason. Not the sport itself, but attitudes to it.

Before the alleged rampage, the accused Christchurch mass murderer posted files onto a secure cloud storage site founded by Kim Dotcom. As Jack the Insider writes: “If the dreadful attacks on Christchurch taught us anything, it is that there is a global pandemic of destructive narcissism.”
