ASIC gets tough after Hayne pain

Banks fires shot from crossbench

Julia Banks has taken aim at Health Minister Greg Hunt with her first question as an independent. Meanwhile, in other political news, Wayne Swan used his farewell speech to wish the Morrison government “a sound defeat” and slam “race-based dog-whistle politics”.
