Beauties grace the red carpet with NRL's superstars at the Dally M Awards
WAGs including Laura Dundovic and Terry Biviano once again upstaged the men on rugby league's most glamorous night.
ON rugby league's most glamorous night, the WAGs once again upstaged the men in black on the red carpet at The Star for the 2013 Dally M Awards.
Sydney Confidential's Maria Lewis and Annette Sharp rate the shockers and frockers.
Laura Dundovic
Toni Maticevski
Maria: Going with Tony Abbott's daughters' favourite designer she stepped it up a notch, bringing some real class.
Annette: A standout in art deco, Great Gatsby style, with beautifully shaped shoulder pads. No cleavage - a shock.
Terry Biviano
Steven Khali
Maria: Baby got front! She looked clean, crisp and slick on the red carpet albeit a bit boring.
Annette: Not the most flattering style on a pregnant woman. Gauze panels revealing naked bottom a bit risque.
Joelle
Steven Khalil
Maria: An edgy decision to rock a jumpsuit, but one that paid off. Similar to K-Stew's awesome Zuhair Murad number.
Annette: Loved it. Love seeing pants on a cute songbird at the Dally's. The light undergarment was a bit tragic.
Yolanda Hodgson
Steven Khalil
Maria: She had the golden ticket, quite literally. The model was a knockout but did Khalil dress the entire night?
Annette: Classic, elegant, she should have been at the Oscars.
Chloe Butler
Amy Taylor
Maria: The definition of "too much".
Annette: Wow, what do you say? The object was to show her curves and she showed them front and back.
Elle Watmough
Steven Khalil
Maria: Stuck with what she knew, going with the designer of her wedding dress. A passable but underwhelming effort.
Annette: Pretty but boring. Better suited to a Ralph Lauren perfume ad.
Jess Mauboy
Alex Perry
Maria: She popped! Refreshing colour and very flattering. Z-snaps all round.
Annette: Young, cute, great colour. Beautiful girl.
Tessa James
Balmain
Maria: Flat. Black.
Annette: Is it a suit or a bad wrap dress? Shapeless, what am I looking at?
Simone Ennis
Steven Khalil
Maria: She wore the designer of the night, Steven Khalil, in a fitted corset gown.
Annette: Though glamorous, doesn't work with Simone's figure.
Tara Rushton
Carla Zampatti
Maria: A refreshing, punchy colour that stood out. Simple gold accessories completed the look.
Annette: Tara glowed elegant style. Shoes and nails a mistake.
Paige Duffy
Danielle Stefani
Maria: No thanks.
Annette: Pretty, embossed, lush dress. One of the best on the night.
Sara Huegill
Collette Dinnigan
Maria: A moody, Gothic gown that still managed to be glamorous thanks to a serious amount of sparkle.
Annette: A drab, featureless frock. Not Dinnigan's best.
Michelle Morris
Eileen Kirby
Maria: Christmas present. Gorgeous hair and make-up but should have been sitting under the tree.
Annette: Sadly peplums were so last year, although the metallic hue was a welcome relief.
Chelsea Cormack
Alex Perry
Maria: No thanks.
Annette: There are three shades that almost never get invited to the Dally Ms: peach, lemon and apricot. The 1970s bridesmaid comeback was courageous yet out of context.
