Erin Patterson told doctor she had 'gastro', 'surprised' she discharged herself against medical advice

Doctor Chris Webster recognised Erin Patterson, who told him 'I've got gastro', as 'the chef of the meal' that had caused the Wilkinsons and Pattersons to fall ill. He called police after she discharged herself from Leongatha Hospital, fearing for her safety.
