Search continues for missing Queensland judge Guy Andrew

A search for missing judge Guy Andrew in Brisbane bushland will continue after a third day passed without him being found.
Judge Andrew was last seen at his family home in north Brisbane on Saturday night.
His car was discovered abandoned near the foot of Mt Coot-tha the following day.
Friends and colleagues had concerns for his wellbeing when he disappeared after he was transferred from Townsville to Brisbane for counselling and mentoring following criticism by the Full Court of the Family Court for “cruel” behaviour.
On Sunday, police conducted searches for Judge Andrew in a helicopter and on trail bikes.
State Emergency Service volunteers, police and family and friends then spent Monday and Tuesday scouring bushland around Mt Coot-tha.
A Queensland Police Service spokeswoman said the search would resume on Wednesday for an indefinite period.
“They will be finishing the search tonight then resuming in the morning with the same resources,” she said.
