Politics Now: Yes leaders to set up Indigenous voice

In an extraordinary statement released today, a group of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander leaders, community members and organisations who supported Yes said it was now clear that no constitutional change recognising Indigenous Australians would ever succeed.
