Scott Morrison says 'four million doses of hope', in the form of extra Pfizer Covid-19 vaccines in a swap deal with the UK, offer a significant opportunity of bringing forward a national reopening plan.  NSW has recorded 12 deaths, the most since the start of this outbreak, and 1431 community infections. NSW has now totalled 119 deaths since June 16. Victoria recorded one death and 208 cases, 96 linked to known cases and outbreaks.
