Optus: when offshoring goes horribly wrong
Senior heads will roll at Optus over September’s fatal triple 0 outage – just not yet. That’s the takeout from a Senate inquiry into the three deaths, including a baby, that resulted when emergency calls failed after the telco botched a routine network upgrade.
