Almost two dozen staff at the Royal Adelaide Hospital have been ordered to self-isolate after a nurse working with COVID-19 patients tested positive.
The nurse, who works in the RAH intensive care unit where four South Australians have died from the virus, was tested on Sunday and the positive result was returned on Monday.
SA Health said the nurse, in her 20s, was in isolation at home.
The discovery has caused concern at RAH, one of three hospitals designated specialist facilities to tend to coronavirus patients.
