Canturi sets 83-carat black sapphire in the Stella necklace
SYDNEY jeweller Stefano Canturi was inspired by the star quality of the centrepiece of his Stella necklace.

Australia is the largest producer of black sapphires and Sydney-based jeweller Stefano Canturi recently got his hands on one of the biggest. The Stella necklace has an 83-carat black sapphire as its centrepiece and is set with carry and baguette-cut diamonds in 18-carat white gold as well as 12 smaller black sapphires.
