Wests Tigers star Adam Doueihi has been asked by the club to explain a controversial comment on a social media post promoting LGBTQI in sport.

Doueihi left the comment “embarrassing” under a post on the English Premier League’s Instagram account that included prompts on how to “speak about LGBTQ+ inclusion”.

Doueihi, a devout Christian, has deleted the comment, which drew 9000 likes after it was posted.
