Testing and health care is already rationed and the latest, narrow definition of a close contact is necessary to enable exposed and infectious people to keep working so the country doesn’t grind to a halt.

As it is the victors who write history – in this case, the perpetrators of herd coercion – how soon will Pike be obliterated from the official records? The Americans are doing naval/military exercises in the Black Sea. They have shorelines on the Pacific and Atlantic oceans. Imagine the outrage if Russia sent its navy to undertake such exercises in the Caribbean or on the US coastline?
