US President Donald Trump was a wee bit confused during his joint press conference with German Chancellor Angela Merkel. The White House, Friday:

America is a great company ... country.

One great US company made their feelings on President Trump very, very clear. McDonald’s official Twitter account, Thursday:

You are actually a disgusting excuse of a President and we would love to have @BarackObama back, also you have tiny hands.

In the ads, which ran in 2002 and are as dumb as they sound, Trump seems astonished that Grimace, a character with essentially no brain and no backstory, is managing to sell the Big N’ Tasty “for just a dollar,” though he does note in one ad that purple is a “very powerful” colour.

As far as wire-tapping I guess by this past administration, at least we have something in common perhaps.

US intelligence agencies under Mr Obama reportedly monitored Mrs Merkel’s phone, sparking an angry response.

Trump says his claim British intelligence also wiretapped him was based off a Fox News report. White House, continued:

That was a statement made by a very talented lawyer on Fox ... you shouldn’t be talking to me, you should be talking to Fox.

But Fox say they never ran the story. Chief anchor Bret Baier, Friday:
