Welcome to the Trading Day blog for Thursday, April 22. After a choppy morning session, the ASX200 continued to rebound strongly as regional markets tracked gains in Europe and the US, despite renewed COVID concerns. 

 AGL shares dropped after its CEO resigned. AMP saw more fund outflows. API profit hit by Covid lockdowns.
