Resolution Minerals’ to fast track US critical minerals strategy via OTCQB listing

The move is aimed at stoking the interest of an investor base similar to NASDAQ-listed Perpetua Resources (PPTA.NAS), whose ~A$2 billion Stibnite antimony-gold project with a resource of 4.8Moz gold and 148Mlb antimony shares its western boundary with RML’s newly acquired Horse Heaven antimony-gold-tungsten project in Valley County, Idaho.

This could attract investors keen to repeat or capture the same six-fold increase in Perpetua’s share price since February 2024 due in no small part to rising gold prices.

Resolution Minerals (ASX:RML) expects the dual listing to provide a stronger US presence for potential US Department of Defense funding as antimony is classified as a critical mineral, potential fast-tracking of Horse Heaven and a stepping stone to a potential NASDAQ listing.

It also opens the door to attractive US opportunities such as further acquisitions, potential mergers, potential joint ventures and other corporate opportunities.

RML recently agreed to acquire the 5644 hectare Horse Heaven project to capitalise on the demand for alternative sources of critical minerals since China started imposing export controls.

The project hosts a number of historical antimoney, tungsten and gold mines and has strong gold, antimony and silver mineralisation in the Antimony Ridge Fault Zone (ARFZ) and the Golden Gate Fault Zone (GGFZ) prospects.

Past rock chip results include up to 5.99g/t gold, 367g/t silver and 19.15% antimony, with past drilling returning up to 1.459g/t gold.

It is also eligible for fast-tracking under President Trump’s FAST-41 program, which has seen the neighbouring Stibnite project be fast-tracked for approval in April and obtaining final approval to be re-opened in a blink of an eye on May 19, 2025.

Additionally, Horse Heaven could be eligible for awards similar to the US$74m in grants that Perpetua received from the US Department of Defense to advance Stibnite thanks to antimony being a critical mineral and President Donald Trump declaring a national emergency in critical mineral supply.
