Special Report: Antennatransfter.io, an AI-backed quantum secure platform currently being acquired by Codeifai, has entered into a binding exclusive licence agreement with Effective Acceleration Ventures to deliver next-gen quantum-secured infrastructure across its global operations.

This partnership reinforces the defence industry’s push toward future-proof cybersecurity infrastructure as quantum computing becomes an increasingly real threat.

Effective Acceleration Ventures (EAV) is a NATO-approved defence procurement agency, specialising in the sourcing of defence equipment, armoury-munitions and personnel for government defence organisations worldwide.

Headquartered in Canada, EAV has already bid for and executed around $4m in Canadian government defence contracts over the past six months, demonstrating both capability and reliability.

Under the terms of the deal, EAV will work with Antenna to integrate the QuantumAI Secure platform throughout its entire chain of operations, including procurement, bidding, payments, defence hiring, and secure channels with government entities.

With rising global instability driving the need for secure, transparent, and agile defence procurement, Codeifai (ASX:CDE) sees the agreement as positioning both companies at the leading edge of defence logistics and cybersecurity innovation.

Setting a new global standard

From quantum-secure payments to smarter procurement, AntennaTransfer just became the defense sector’s new secret weapon.

The AntennaTransfer.io platform – to be renamed QuantumAI Secure once acquired – will mark a significant turning point in Codeifai’s trajectory toward AI and quantum security.

The platform boasts next-generation quantum-encryption tech that facilitates secure payments, file transfers and digital communications, integrating proprietary post-quantum cryptography (PQC) with AI-optimised encryption architecture.

CDE CEO John Houston said cybersecurity is no longer just about compliance, it’s about survivability in a threat landscape – one that is evolving at quantum speed.

“Our partnership with EAV sets a new bar for how the global defence sector can proactively secure its critical systems and sensitive communications,” he said.

Deal terms

Under the deal, Antennatransfer.io and EAV will collaborate on the deployment of the QuantumAI Secure Platform across EAV’s global operations – specifically product procurement, personnel procurement and billing services – under an exclusive arrangement.

The exclusivity provision applies to the defence procurement sector only.

EAV must achieve a minimum spend of CAD$1m in aggregate licence, subscription, implementation and support fees payable by EAV to Antenna during the initial12-month term to maintain exclusivity.

Subject to timely payment of the minimum spend, Antenna will grant EAV the exclusive right to use, market, and reference the QuantumAI Secure platform within the defense procurement space worldwide for the 12-month term.

Antenna will not licence, sell or otherwise provide the QuantumAI Secure platform (or any substantially similar product or service) for use in the defense procurement sector to any third party during that period.

And… EAV will not licence, sublicense, or transfer use of the QuantumAI Secure platform outside the sector without Antenna’s prior written consent.

Antennatransfer.io will retain all rights, title and interest in the QuantumAI Secure platform and related IP.
