Sherpa Property Group eyes sales record for Perspective Helm project on Chevron Island
The Gold Coast’s holiday playground of Chevron Island is undergoing a luxury real estate renaissance transforming the small neighbourhood in the middle of the Nerang River.
The Gold Coast’s holiday playground of Chevron Island is undergoing a luxury real estate renaissance, and Sherpa Property Group’s Perspective Helm is one of the key developments spearheading the transformation of the small neighbourhood in the middle of the Nerang River.
According to the developer, the project is on track to challenge the highest price ever achieved for an apartment in the area, a title held by the $9m sale of the penthouse in Chevron One Residences, which is under construction.
Perspective Helm will be set on a 1711sq m north-facing riverfront site at 107 Stanhill Drive, Chevron Island.
The development will be home to 10 units, including four river residences and two dual-level penthouses, with prices ranging from $3.7m to $10m.
Perspective Helm made a strong debut, with 80 per cent of its penthouses and apartments sold just weeks after its launch.
The average sale price so far is $4.38m. All buyers to date have been Gold Coast residents, except for one Sydney-sider purchaser.
One apartment, the Eastern Penthouse, priced at $9.999m, remains on the market.
Spanning 917sq m across two levels, this luxury penthouse unit will feature four large bedrooms and four bathrooms, plus a powder room, a cinema room, and a multipurpose room. An elegant wine display cellar and private rooftop with sweeping views will provide an unparalleled living experience, according to Sherpa.
Located on level three, the penthouse will feature large indoor and outdoor living areas, including a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, barbecue, private pool, pizza oven, and fire pit.
The penthouse will also include a five-car lockup garage and ample storage space.
“The swift uptake of Perspective Helm underscores the project’s exceptional design and prime location,” said Sherpa Property Group general manager Daniel Clarke.
“Our commitment to delivering high-calibre projects in prime locations is clearly resonating with buyers.”
The development site has 57m of river frontage and there will be private marina berths for vessels up to 18m in length, positioned within the 6-knot zone.
Eight of the 10 marina berths have already sold.
Sherpa Property Group partnered with HAL Architects for architectural design and MAS Architectural Studio for interior design, ensuring that each residence offers unparalleled luxury and comfort.
Designed to maximise space and provide breathtaking river views from every room, Perspective Helm sets a new standard in the Gold Coast market.
Excavation is under way at the site ahead of a projected completion date of December 2025.
Queensland builder LPS Group is overseeing the construction of the development.
