Ray White goes Greek
Ray White is expanding into Greece, specifically Corinth and Athens, from February. Ray White already has more than 700 offices in Australia, plus operations across New Zealand, Hong Kong, Lebanon, Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Indonesia. Ray White chairman Brian White says: “We have a number of Greek members in our team in Australia and they are very excited. They believe that with the contacts they have it will work both ways.” Price-wise, White says the Greek property market is extremely competitive at present. At home, White says stock clearance rates throughout the Ray White network are remarkable. “Last month we sold just over $5bn worth of property, the highest ever amount of sales.”
