Janus Henderson Group Plc: Ali Dibadj has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer and to the Board effective no later than 27 June 2022, succeeding Dick Weil who has retired effective 31 March 2022. Chief Financial Officer Roger Thompson has been appointed as Interim Chief Executive Officer until Ali Dibadj commences. To assist in an orderly transfer of responsibilities, Dick Weil will serve as an adviser to the Company through 30 June 2022.

KGL Resources Ltd: Denis Wood has rejoined the Board as a Non-Executive Director. Steve

Mallyon has resigned from the Board.
