Santos chief financial officer Andrew Seaton to step down
The energy giant didn’t provide a reason for Andrew Seaton’s departure as it starts the search for a replacement.
Santos is on the hunt for a new finance chief after Andrew Seaton declared his intention to step down at the end of the year.
Mr Seaton has worked at the Australian energy giant for 11 years, serving as chief financial officer for the past six.
Santos (STO) said it had commenced a search for his successor without detailing the reasons for his departure.
“Andrew has worked diligently to deliver on the company’s strategy and I would like to recognise his strong contribution over many years,” Santos managing director Kevin Gallagher said.
“I look forward to continuing to work closely with Andrew over coming months, and wish him well for the next phase of his career.”
