Catherine Brenner to exit Boral board next month, Coke next year
Former AMP chair Catherine Brenner will step down from the Boral board at next month’s AGM.
Former AMP chair Catherine Brenner has formally stepped down from the Boral board with chair Catherine Fagg saying in her annual report Brenner would not stand for re-election.
Fagg said Brenner had served for eight years and has “made an outstanding contribution” and would leave with “our thanks and enormous respect.”
Her position has been taken by US-based building products veteran Peter Alexander.
Brenner stepped down as AMP chair in the wake of the royal commission and was replaced by former CBA boss David Murray.
She will step down from her remaining board seat at Coca-Cola Amatil next year.
The Boral (BLD) board will have just two female directors out of seven when Brenner leaves at the Annual General Meeting.
