A TikTok influencer has delivered a brutal take-down of the new desert menu from Domino’s, saying hungry Aussies would be better off eating “a sock”.

Russeats, in a video from Monday, goes through the iconic pizza maker’s new “giant doughnuts”, cookie dough stuffed cinnamon bread, churros and mini Dutch pancakes, and he doesn’t hold back on some of them.

He gives the doughnuts a star rating of three and 3½ out of 10.

“Honestly, it’s icing sugar on f**king pizza dough,” he says.

“It’s pretty sh*t. I’ve going to give it a 3 and a 3½. Nothing on Krispy Kreme or Donut King.

“Just go to f**king 7 Eleven and heat some of them up instead. They are a bit of a failure.

“Don’t buy them, go and eat the sock beside your bed. I think it will be the same experience.”

He says the churros are also underwhelming, slapping them with a brutal two-star rating.

“Probably the sh*ttest churro I’ve ever had,” he says.

“Dry and hard. They may have overcooked it, but it kind of just tastes like the crust of your toast.”

But the cinnamon bread fares better, with the TikToker declaring it “miles better” than the doughnuts and giving it a 7½ star rating, while the Dutch pancakes are “pretty good”, earning six stars.

Russeats, with more than 225,000 TikTok followers, is known for his colourful language and earnest reviews of food with a bogan-esque inflection.

Domino’s launched its new giant doughnuts on Monday with original glazed, original glazed with sprinkles, cookie crumble and choc curls flavours.
