Swimmer dies after being pulled from the ocean on NSW Mid North Coast
A man has tragically died after being pulled from the waters of Nambucca Heads in Mid North NSW on Sunday afternoon.
A man has died after being pulled from the ocean on the Mid North Coast of NSW on Sunday afternoon.
Emergency services were called to Main Beach at Nambucca Heads just before 3pm after a person was reported missing in the water.
Officers from the Mid North Coast Police District also attended for the search.
The man, in his 20s, was pulled from the ocean near Valla Beach.
Paramedics performed CPR on the man but he tragically died at the scene.
The man is yet to be formally identified.
A report will be prepared for the Coroner.
