The post led some people to ask if Mr Kelly’s account had been hacked.

One person commented: “Craig, I normally come here for the political chat but this is an interesting pivot.”

In response to one person’s comment, Mr Kelly said he had reported the pornographic post to X.

Mr Kelly defected from the Liberal party to Clive Palmer’s United Australia Party in 2021.

He lost his seat to Jenny Ware at the 2022 election.

The X account claiming to be Mr Kelly’s lists his role as ‘Current National Director United Australia Party’.
