Police have busted more than 150 partygoers gathered inside a disused military bunker in Sydney’s east.

Officers flocked to Malabar Headland National Park about 12.30am Sunday following a noise complaint before uncovering the enormous gathering inside the hidden bunker prompting attendees to flee the scene.

The party organisers, for men aged 34, 28 and two aged 25, were each slapped with $1000 for breaching public health orders.

Community members have been urged to continue dobbing in those who are breaking COVID-19 rules.

“It is the responsibility of everyone in this state to follow the rules and keep our community safe from further exposure to COVID-19,” Detective Superintendent Rohan Cramsie said.

“Not only are events like this illegal, this particular party was extremely dangerous for partygoers and emergency service personnel due to the location and terrain.”

Anyone who has information regarding individuals or businesses breaching COVID-19-related public health orders are urged to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
