Geelong woman filmed ramming her trolley and screaming at Woolworths staff

A Woolworths customer has been filmed screaming at staff and security, before ramming her trolley into an employee.

Shocking footage has emerged of the moment a Woolworths customer started shrieking at staff before ramming her trolley into an employee.

The incident was filmed inside the Corio Village shopping centre in Geelong, southwest of Melbourne, on November 12 and later posted to social media platform TikTok.

Vision shows the woman screaming and launching a verbal tirade at a supermarket security guard after she was asked to reveal what was inside her bags.

“Let me f***ing go,” she says in the vision.

I’m f***ing pregnant. Let me go you stupid rat.”

The video shows the confrontation between the woman and the male security guard continuing while another staff member appears makes a phone call.

But the woman can be seen carrying on shouting before repeatedly ramming her trolley into the man.

She eventually makes her way out of the store while Christmas tunes can be heard playing in the background.

A Woolworths spokeswoman said the woman had since been banned from entering the store.

In a statement she said the safety of team members was the first priority.

“We will not accept customer abuse in any circumstance,” the statement read.

“Our team members are doing the very best they can to look after our customers, so please support them, and each other.”

Police were called but the woman eventually left.
