FILE - In this Wednesday, Aug. 17, 2011 file photo, Australian death-row prisoners Myuran Sukumaran, right and Andrew Chan, left, stand in front of their cell during an Indonesian Independence Day celebration at Kerobokan prison in Bali, Indonesia. Indonesia's President Joko Widodo rejected the clemency request from Chan on Jan. 17, 2015, paving the way for his execution along with Sukumaran, his alleged co-ringleader, whose clemency request was already denied Dec. 30. Chan and Sukumaran are among nine Australians who were arrested in 2005 on charges of attempting to smuggle 8.3 kilograms (18.3 pounds) of heroin to Australia from Bali.
