Harry, Meghan poised to reveal ‘shocking things’ in tell-all interview with Oprah Winfrey

‘Were you silent … or silenced?’ Oprah Winfrey says no topic off limits in exclusive interview with Duke and Duchess of Sussex.

Harry and Meghan, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, speak to Oprah Winfrey in an exclusive interview that will air next week.

“You’ve said some pretty shocking things here … wait, hold up, wait a minute.”

American TV host Oprah Winfrey has promised that no topic is off limits in her exclusive, tell-all interview with the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.

The first preview clips of the interview — to air in the US next Monday (AEDT), were released earlier today. Wearing in a Giorgio Armani dress worth more than $A6000, the Duchess does not speak in either of the two teasers released to social media … but there are strong hints that she won’t hold back in her criticism of the royal family.

“Almost unsurvivable sounds like there was a breaking point,” Oprah says to the Duchess.

In turn, Harry appears to reference his mother Princess Diana when he says: “My biggest concern was history repeating itself.

“You know, for me, I’m just really relieved and happy to be sitting here talking to you with my wife by my side because I can’t begin to imagine what it must have been like for her going through this process by herself all those years ago.

“Because it has been unbelievably tough for the two of us but at least we had each other.”

The two-hour interview is expected to see the Duke and Duchess elaborate on their decision to forego royal duties and instead move to the US with their baby son Archie.
