The girl, who cannot be named as she is a minor, allegedly possessed two documents containing information likely to be of use to a person preparing or committing an act of terrorism.
Police allegedly found in her possession a recipe for explosives and a document named the 'Anarchy Cookbook'.

The girl appeared in Westminster Magistrates court in a dark green headscarf, black cardigan and white shirt and accompanied by her uncle.
She was arrested in northern England on April 3, in connection with a police investigation into a 14-year-old boy who has since been charged with encouraging another person to attack an Anzac Day parade in Melbourne, and to behead an Australian.
However, the girl is not charged with being complicit in that alleged plot.
District Judge Howard Riddle released the girl on bail, on the conditions she stay at a particular address, report regularly to police, observe a curfew and not leave the country or apply for international travel documents.
