Southern Deel resumed with a good fourth at Queanbeyan and can give cheek, while 5. Conjoin is resuming but has been placed in two of five. 8. Race 2

11. Saint Elixir had two jumpouts before joining a new stable and having a recent trial at Queanbeyan in which she finished third. She’s having her first race start here and has the ability to run well from a good draw. 8. Divine Ella ran well at Warwick Farm when placed three starts ago then wasn’t beaten far at Canterbury before contesting the Magic Millions Maiden. She will find this easier. 5. Cammi has been placed in her latest two starts and can show up again, while 10. Graceful Ellen has shown ability in her two starts and she shouldn’t be underestimated.

How to play it: Saint Elixir EACH WAY.

Race 3

1. Vegas Knight has had two runs back from a spell and has been contesting tougher races. He doesn’t win often but this looks a nice event for him and Nick Heywood takes the ride. 2. Heromania won with ease at Moruya last time out and a repeat of that would have him hard to beat. 6. Two Aye ran second in that event at Moruya and can be placed again. 4. Burgundy Girl ran well in city grade last time out and can figure without surprising.

Race 4

8. Sun ‘N’ Sand has only had two starts and has looked the goods winning each of them. She’s drawn well and there’s no reason she can’t maintain the winning form here. 3. Bengal debuted for the new stable with a strong win at Moruya. He ran well again at Rosehill in tougher grade and is worth plenty of thought. 2. Twin Telepathy won a couple on end before failing at Moruya, but he can bounce back here. 9. Hold is a last start Wagga placegetter, and she can be placed again.

How to play it: Sun ‘N’ Sand WIN.

Race 5

1. Fine Vintage was back to his best form at Moruya when scoring a strong victory at his last start when racing on the speed throughout. He’s up in weight and drawn wide but has the ability to overcome that. 5. Ticklebelly raced on the speed and did the job to score in a Randwick Highway at her latest start. She’s racing well. 4. Craving Magic has a good record and is a recent trial winner leading into this resuming run. 10. I’m A Steel is resuming and has shown her share of talent.

How to play it: Fine Vintage WIN.

Race 6

13. Winnie Fortune is a lightly raced filly that won at Nowra at her third start. She’s drawn the rails alley here and gets her chance to go on with the job. 6. Sir Lunchalots was a Goulburn debut winner and has been unplaced in both runs since. He can run well fresh. 7. Heavenly Legend is resuming and can improve on his latest form before the spell. 3. Hello Jack ran well when finishing third at Moruya at his last start and he rates as a chance on his best form.

How to play it: Winnie Fortune WIN.

12. Moritz Girl has been in fine form with a second in a Highway event at Randwick being followed by a win in the same grade, also at Randwick. She since fought on well to finish second on the Kensington track. She’s drawn well here. 10 Associate has shown talent in his career and has been placed in two of his most recent starts. He was midfield behind Moritz Girl at Randwick when last produced and should be hitting the line well. 15. Vermicella has won three of her four starts and finished third in the other. This is her toughest test, but she can measure up from the soft draw. 1. Flying Mikki has a solid record and justified favouritism to score at Murray Bridge after a string of good runs in Melbourne.

How to play it: Moritz Girl WIN.

Race 8

12. O’Hellyeah ran second and fifth in her first two starts back in July, then resumed from a spell with a good win at Cowra when hitting the line well to score impressively. She’s drawn to get a good run here and the big track should suit. 9 Missile Maiden has been placed in both runs since resuming from a spell and she had a string of placings before that. 7. Peruno has had two runs back from a break and has performed well in each of them. He’s drawn the inside alley here and a forward showing is on the cards. 5. Exceedingly Hot resumed with a fifth at Nowra and has had a trial since then to be kept up to the mark.

How to play it: O’Hellyeah WIN.
