Is Steve Smith's biggest crime that he got caught or that he conspired to cheat?
Either way, the fall out is ugly. The over-the-top outrage is continuing and Smith's immediate international career is hanging by a thread as Cricket Australia attempt to clean up a massive disaster.
But does the crime fit the overreaction? Eamonn Tiernan and Kyle Mackey-Laws go toe-to-toe dissecting Australian cricket's on-field scandal and the fall out.
Tiernan says we need to give Smith a break after the ball-tampering saga, which has sent the cricket world into a spin, given he's not the first and won't be the last to do the crime.
Mackey-Laws says the calculated nature of Smith's plot with David Warner and Cameron Bancroft warrants a massive suspension and wants Cricket Australia to draw a line in the sand for cheats.

The Raiders have lost three games by a combined total of five points and they face a massive battle against the fired-up Manly Sea Eagles on Saturday night.
