Movie star Emma Stone has sold her Malibu beach house for $US4.4 million ($6.3 million).
Perched on a cliff overlooking the North Pacific coastline, the La La Land star’s vogue abode has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and sits on a 12,950 square metre block.
Features include ocean views, a professional kitchen, a quaint living area with an open fireplace, a cosy alfresco space and lots of established native trees.
The prime piece of real estate was picked up by the 33-year-old in 2018, with the actor paying roughly $US3.3 million at the time.
The sale means the Easy A actor has made a good chunk of cash on her residence, but with a net worth thought to be nearly $60 million, money perhaps wasn’t the motivating factor.
Stone probably offloaded her coastal digs because, like many Hollywood stars have over the past few years, she’s migrated from California to Texas.
In April, the Academy Award winner splashed millions on a large two-storey mansion in the increasingly cosmopolitan city of Austin.
As the sale was conducted off market, details are scarce. However, the sizeable residence has four bedrooms, three bathrooms and an internal living space of 464 square metres.
And, should Stone feel like travelling back to The Golden State, she still owns a bungalow in the Los Angeles suburb of Westwood.
