Expressions of interest are being sought for a stunning home in one of the best streets in Sydney’s most affluent harbourside suburbs, listed with a buyer’s guide of $48 million.

The home in the Eastern Suburbs enclave of Bellevue Hill comes with all the bells and whistles, including an entertainer’s backyard complete with championship tennis court, swimming pool and cabana.

The property, 45 Kambala Road, Bellevue Hill, is set on a 1200-square-metre block and has been described as a “masterpiece” by one of the selling agents, David Malouf of Highland Double Bay.

Malouf said the owner, Ellie Tavakoli, spared no expense on the knockdown/rebuild of the home, which has undergone a stunning transformation since it last changed hands in 2015. Records show it traded then for $6.5 million.

The Tavakoli family owns retail company ACS Designer Bathrooms.

“It really is a masterpiece,” Malouf enthused, noting the design and craftsmanship of the build.

Distinctive black and white marble has been used extensively throughout the home, including the floors, a circular staircase, and the stunning main kitchen, which features a butler’s pantry and high-end appliances.

Each of the bedrooms has its own marble en suite while there is another full bathroom and two powder rooms, all finished to the highest standards.

Among the five bedrooms is a palatial master wing with dressing room and deluxe en suite.

Outdoors, the north-facing backyard hosts a fully lit tennis court, solar-heated swimming pool and cabana.
