The popular Farmhouse Restaurant at Pialligo Estate has been destroyed by fire.
Crews were called to the blaze late Thursday afternoon.

A planned pill testing trial at Canberra's Spilt Milk musical festival has been shelved after an apparent dispute over required authorisations.

Plumber crushed by digger 'lucky to be alive'
A Canberra plumber is "lucky to be alive" after he was crushed by a digger while laying pipes in a trench at a Kambah construction site.
As Steven Trask reports, the man sustained extensive leg injuries in the incident and was expected to undergo surgery on Thursday.
WorkSafe ACT Commissioner Greg Jones (above) said the incident was "extremely serious and [the man] is very, very lucky to be alive."
Thieves trash Marymead veggie business run by people with disabilities
Thieves have trashed the Narrabundah office of Canberra charity Marymead and stolen up to $5000 in computer equipment.
The site has been used to run a social enterprise where young people with disabilities grow and sell their own organic vegetables.

Fyshwick brewery Zierholz has been busy brewing kegs of their German-style beer to be ready for the first ever Oktoberfest Parklands this weekend.
