Influencer lists stunning Bellevue Hill home with price hopes above $46m

By Tawar Razaghi

Fashion stylist, personal shopper and influencer Natalie Jacobson and her husband Warren are selling their stunning Bellevue Hill trophy home with price expectations above $46 million.

The five-bedroom, six-bathroom, four-car-space house was newly built to a plan by Tobias Partners with landscaped gardens by Myles Baldwin Design, which explains the marked increase in value since the Jacobsons bought it, in Natalie’s name, in 2017 for $8,625,000.

Set on about 1300 square metres, the property bathes in north-westerly sun and has breathtaking views of Sydney’s skyline and Rose Bay.

The three-level home blends Mediterranean elegance with modern luxuries and features, including a state-of-the-art gym, cellar, infrared sauna, cinema and tennis court.

In 2019, Warren was appointed chief executive of Camp Australia, a national provider of out-of-school-hours care and holiday care; it operates across Australia and employs more than 1000 educators.

The couple is looking for a new home to put Natalie’s creativity to work.

The Bellevue Hill property is being sold through Ashley Bierman of Ray White Double Bay and could be one of the top sales for the suburb this year so far.

Bellevue Hill recorded its top sale of the year when filmmaker Warwick Ross and his wife Margot, a former journalist, sold their French provincial-style manor for about the $50 million price guide through William Manning and Luke Hogan of McGrath Double Bay before it was launched for an international marketing campaign. The couple had bought the six-bedroom house in 1996 for $3.27 million.

The property tested the buyer pool again on Bower Street after Dubbo-based rich-lister Wes Maas and his wife, Emma, recently traded in the prized location above Shelly Beach.

Nearby, former Colgate-Palmolive executive Dorset Sutton and his wife, Jenny Lim, sold their waterfront home overlooking Little Manly Cove for about its last price guide of $11 million.

The couple, who purchased the home for $4 million in 2005, have been passionate environmentalists in the area over the years and were downsizing from the property.

The couple completely transformed the 1980s brick house in Suffolk Park, inspired by the rustic charm of a Tuscan countryside villa.

Set on a whopping 2906 square metres, they purchased the three-bedroom, three-bathroom house for $1.8 million in 2022.

The buyer was represented by prominent Sydney buyer’s agent Oliver Berger, who declined to comment when contacted.

Lavender Bay upfront

Back in Sydney, John Ryan and his wife, Mary, directors of sewer and water construction company Mystold, are downsizing from their absolute waterfront Lavender Bay penthouse with price expectations above $20 million.

The couple purchased the four-bedroom, three-bathroom property for $5.85 million in 2012.

With spectacular panoramic views of Sydney Harbour and the Opera House, the home boasts an oceanfront swimming pool and its own private deep waterfront marina berth.

The 1890s-built residence known as Keadue was built by architect John Bede Barlow for grazier and politician James Macarthur Onslow, who sold it in 1922 for £750 to then prominent lawyer and racehorse breeder Arthur Bowman.

It last traded in 2021 for $8.5 million when purchased by Chen.

Approval for a renovation was granted by council last year to a design by architect William Smart, but rather than undertake the rebuild it has been listed with The Agency’s Ben Collier.
