Missing two-year-old boy found ‘safe and well’

Police have located a young boy reported missing south of Brisbane on Tuesday night, saying he was found “safe and well” on Wednesday morning.

The two-year-old had been reported missing from Diamantina Circuit in Beaudesert, with police believing he was taken by a 44-year-old man known to him.

Police said a man was assisting them with their inquiries.

That man is now assisting police with their inquiries.

Police thanked the media and the public for their assistance, and advised anyone with further information on the incident to call 131 564.
