The suspension of green zone travel from New Zealand has been extended for another three days after there were two more cases recorded in the community.
Twelve people who had been quarantined in the Pullman Hotel, the centre of the New Zealand outbreak, have since arrived in Australia and are being spoken to by authorities.
Acting Chief Medical Officer Michael Kidd said anyone who had arrived in Australia from New Zealand since Monday would be required to go into hotel quarantine, and that had been extended until 2pm Sunday.
Professor Kidd also said anyone who had arrived since January 9 should isolate and get tested - a period extended from a previous request to travellers who had arrived after January 14.
